Every day, the American Cancer Society is helping us stay well by preventing cancer or finding it at its earliest, most treatable stages. The American Cancer Society assists families in finding the best resources to help their friends or loved ones deal with a diagnosis and their journey to get well. The American Cancer Society is also rallying communities through events like Relay for Life, to fight back and find cures for this disease.

The Riverview High School NJROTC Relay for Life Team participated in the annual Riverview Relay for Life Event held in March 2011. We had over 25 cadets who worked hard to raise awareness and funds to help ‘Stamp Out Cancer.’ Our team goal was to raise $5,000 and we hit that goal, due in part, to our team business sponsors. In addition to Waypoint Property Inspection, these sponsors committed to assisting the cadets in their endeavors. Because of their support, the team helped make sure that cancer never steals another year of anyones life! 

We are now busy preparing for the next Riverview Relay for Life event to take place in early 2012!
