Why Get a Home Inspection

Whether you are buying a beautiful waterfront home in Tampa, an acre or two for your horses in Riverview, a brand new home in Wesley Chapel, a townhome in Brandon or a fixer-upper in Ruskin, what you don't know can hurt you.

You may be wondering if a home inspection is worth the effort, the time and the money. The answer is yes. Think about the money you are spending on your new home. It's a lot, right? You probably visited the home two or maybe three times before making an offer. How closely did you look it over. Did you go on the roof, in the attic, under every sink? Did you spend two to three hours checking the outlets, switches, windows and doors. What about the AC and heat? Did you check that it is proberly balanced and the differential is correct? Probably not.

A home inspection is invaluable and can save you literally tens or thousands of dollars by finding the issues you don't see.
