Bathtubs are inspected to make sure they are intact with no cracks/leaks. They are also check for proper piping and functioning of valves. Often on new houses, the hot and cold taps are reversed on bathtubs. The only way to correct this is to go through tile or a wall. This house was inspected in Ruskin Florida.
